Sea light, stone and travertine
A resort address where the public rooms feel residential and the residences feel like the best room in the hotel.
The scheme covers the arrival sequence, the public lounges and the serviced apartments of a seafront hotel. The brief asked for something generous but unshowy: a place that reads as calm the moment you step out of the sun.
Travertine, plaster and pale timber set the base tone, softened with rounded forms, deep sofas and planting. Curved thresholds and fluted timber panelling quiet the circulation, so the corridors and lift lobbies become part of the experience rather than leftover space.
In the apartments, the same palette turns warmer and more domestic. Every room is designed twice: once for the flat daylight of the coast and once for the evening, when concealed lighting takes over and the sea disappears into the dark.

and press.
Every project starts with a conversation about the place, the people who will use it and the way it should feel. We work from the first concept through to the last detail on site, in Dubai and internationally.
For editorial features we can provide project texts, plans and high-resolution photography, as well as interviews with the studio.
