Purpose

This website presents the work of the studio. It does not sell anything, does not host user accounts and does not run contact forms.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, renders, drawings and sketches published here belong to BOSSOSTUDIO or to their respective authors. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without written permission.

Editorial use is welcome: write to info (at) bossostudio.com and we will provide texts and images cleared for publication, with the credits that must accompany them.

Liability

We take care that the information published here is accurate, but projects change and some of them are still under way. Nothing on this site is a contractual offer.

Links to external sites (such as Instagram) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

What we collect

If you write to us, we keep your email and its content for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Nothing more.

If you accept cookies, Google Analytics records anonymous navigation data: pages viewed, approximate country, the site you arrived from and the type of device. We cannot identify you from it.

This site has no contact form, no newsletter, no user accounts and no advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent, for analytics. Our legitimate interest in replying, for emails you send us.

Who else sees it

Google Ireland Limited, as the provider of Google Analytics. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Analytics data: 14 months. Emails: for as long as the professional relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to the processing by writing to info (at) bossostudio.com.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

What we use

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses none of them until you accept: no cookie is written when you simply arrive and read.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to tell returning visits apart. They last up to two years and hold no personal information.

We use no advertising, profiling or social-network cookies.
